The Nashua Historical Society invites the community to step back in time for a charming afternoon tea, Steeped in ’76 Tea Party: With a Splash of Red, White, and Blue, on Sunday, March 8, 2026. Inspired by the upcoming 250th anniversary of the American Revolution, this festive gathering will blend history, creativity, and celebration in a uniquely memorable way.

Guests will enjoy an elegant tea service featuring fragrant teas, scones, petite sandwiches, and sweet treats, all served amid patriotic red, white, and blue décor. Designed for ages 6 and up, the afternoon offers engaging activities for history lovers of all generations, including:

  • A special presentation by textile expert Penny LaCroix, Dyeing Colonial-Style Cloth

    March 8, 2026. Doors open 12:30 pm; event starts 1:00 pm. Dress in Red, White, and/or Blue. Come to the Nashua Historical Society, 5 Abbott Street, Nashua, NH.
